Payment

Artspan/Jewelspan and Paypal have created a shopping cart that provides you with a seamless and secure method of  purchase.

Shipping

A flat rate shipping charge of $10.00 will be applied to U.S. customers including Alaska and Hawaii. Insurance is included and items are padded with recyclable paper for extra protection. If you live outside the U.S. please contact me to request shipping applicable to your location. Items are shipped by USPS Priority Mail all items within 1 to 3 days following receipt of your payment. Please allow 7-10 working days for your package to arrive. If your order arrives damaged contact the shipper immediately and keep all original packaging for insurance claims. Please notify me as well.

If you are close by and would like to pick up your items or visit the studio, please contact me via the contact page to schedule a time. I love visitors, so don't be shy!

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be automatically calculated and added to items shipping within Illinois.
 

 Returns

 I am always hopeful you will be completely satisfied with your selection. However, if it's not quite what you thought it would be you may, of course, return it within two weeks of the date of receipt. Please contact me via the contact page to let me know of your intent. Then return your item in it's original condition and original packaging with a copy of the invoice. Please make sure you insure the item, in case of loss or damage during shipping.  Once received, I'll refund your purchase in the same form of payment as your original transaction minus the shipping costs.
